The following is best offered as a PRECONVENTION WORKSHOP with a MINIMUM of FIVE hours: Spend a day with one of the world's leading pioneers of mind-body hybrid programming as we fuse the best of the next generation of mind-body fitness applications: yoga, Pilates, T'ai Chi, and Feldenkrais with popular gym equipment. Suitable for both group exercise and personal trainers, this "minds-on" workshop will give you:
  • new exercises with equipment (foam roller, Gliding disk) based on the principles of T'ai Chi, Yoga, Pilates, and Feldenkrais for equipment
  • practical class formats and choreography progressions with names and exercises
  • evolved exercises from each discipline that stand alone strong, including exercise progressions and regressions
  • ideas on creating and implementing mind-body fusion programs with classes and clients
Equipment: inflated 55cm stability balls if possible, Gliding disks, foam rollers (3 feet long, 6"diameter), powerpoint projector, screen, yoga mats

A huge trend in the personal training market today is aquatic personal training.
